To Jen Schro Catching!  Here, we believe in hard work, passionate athletes, & big goals.  The sport of softball has impacted my life in so many ways, & it is my goal to facilitate similar athletic & personal growth for my students.  Through my teaching I create not only better athletes, but better people who are constant learners & lovers of both the game, & of life.  My students are more than that, they’re friends.  I value the relationships I create with my students, & their families.  I pride myself on the fact that my students become both leaders on the field, & in their lives.  I believe two of the greatest assets to a successful life are hard work & goal setting, & these are two things we stress daily at Jen Schro Catching.  As a coach & mentor it is my goal to spread optimism, happiness, & dedication to the younger generation.  And, it is my ultimate goal to change the world, one softball player at a time.

The mission of Jen Schro Catching is to positively impact each & every girl we instruct, by promoting a dedicated atmosphere filled with sweat, goals, positive thoughts, & growth.  Our teachings stem straight from our own experiences, & we pride ourselves on being able to both physically demonstrate & vocally explain what we believe it takes to play at the highest levels.  It is our  mission to create both better athletes and better people; leaders on the field, leaders in life.
